To ensure we can give a wedding the personalized attention it deserves, we typically book weddings 6 to 15 months in advance.

Our calendar fills up quickly since we can dedicate ourselves to a limited number of events each year.

We recommend reaching out as soon as possible to secure your date and avoid any disappointment of it being booked by another couple.

The booking process is quite straightforward and personalized to ensure we're the right fit for your special day. Here's how it works:

• Video Consultation: We start with a video consultation to discuss the specifics of your wedding and to understand your vision. This step is crucial for us to tailor our services to your needs.

• Customization: Based on our conversation, we'll craft a bespoke package that's perfectly suited to your wedding.

• Contract: Once you're happy with the details, we'll send over a contract for you to review and sign.

• Deposit: To secure your date, we require a 25% deposit. This allows us to start the pre-production process and ensures that we can commit fully to your event.

• Final Payment: The remaining balance is due within 7 days after the wedding. However, if you prefer the convenience of settling the payment in full prior to the wedding day, we're open to that as well. ​
